I lost 10 pounds and 10 days and I can focus on other things besides fighting for my Grandchild rights. This is a great program and is probably the most easiest one yet, I bought the kit and followed the program for 10 days ate alot of vegetables and shakes . The first 3 days was the hardest , but the shakes were great,I wasn't even hungry You can only use the Stevia sugar it tastes great .
